Volume I Number 1 Winter 1956 Western Printing & Lithography, Poughkeepsie, New York 1956 44 Pages, Color & B/W Photos The cover photo shows the Roll Call squad for the earliest Talent Round-Up Days. This was the Red Team from the earliest days of the show. The first article, titled "Meet The Mouseketeers", profiled twenty-four of the original twenty-eight hired. By the time this charter issue of the magazine reached subscribers in November 1955, five of those Mouseketeers profiled had been let go, including two on the cover. There were no advertisements in this issue, except for the magazine itself. |
